H.E.W. has embarked on the manufacturing of Cement Plant equipment under license and rigorous Inspection of reputed Third Parties/OEMs, from Germany & Switzerland, which have since been commissioned and are running successfully, at various Cement Plants in different parts of India.

1.1 KILN SHELL

A Rotary kiln is a pyroprocessing device used to raise the temperature of a predesigned mixture of limestone and coal dust up to a high temperature level of 1400˚ C max. that effects calcination process. Materials produced using rotary kilns are called Cement Clinker

1.2 RAW MILLHOUSINGS

1.3 COAL MILL HOUSINGS

A Coalmill or or coal pulverizer, is the equipment used to grind the coal to micro powder form before the manufacturing of cement.
