Fabrication

Heavy Engineering Workshop (HEW) has developed its infrastructure for ensuring Fabrication, which includes dimensional accuracy and Welding quality of the highest standards. The facilities include dedicated storages of Welding consumables under elevated temperature, timely Welders tests and training from reputed Welding instructors in our country. HEW has competent and dedicated Welding Engineers who are responsible for the checking & maintaining Quality of welding in the critical jobs conforming to ASME codes and relevant specifications.

HEW has also been equipped with two (2) nos. imported semi-automatic lines for the fabrication of H-Beams capable of fabricating Bridge Girders up to 2000mm depth & 1000mm width, Capacity for fabricating such finished H-Beams is between 800t to 1000t per month.
Presently, HEW is under ASME ‘U’ Stamping certification, for the fabrication of pressure vessels.
